Reset your password if you cannot remember your login information.

If the reset email is not received within 5 minutes, the email is likely getting blocked, sent to spam, or delayed.

Reset Your Password - Written Guide

Step 1: Attempt to sign into DIGIDECK with your email and password. If you notice that your current password isn't working, you might need to reset that.

Step 2: Click the "Forgot Password" option on the bottom right-hand corner which will bring you to a new page where you enter the email that you are using as shown below.

Step 3: You will see this page once submitting the email address that you use to log in with. You should immediately get an email from "services@sportsdigita.com" in your inbox with a link to reset.

Step 4: Find an email similar to the one below and click the "Reset Password" button which will open a new page.

NOTE: If you do not receive this email, it's possible that your domain might have this email address blocked. If you do not receive this in a few minutes, our recommendation would be to reach out to your IT team to look into this further. You can also reach out to our support team at support@sportsdigita.com as well if you have any questions.

Step 5: Fill out the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" sections with the password you want to use to sign in to DIGIDECK.

Step 6: After selecting "Reset Password", if the passwords match, you will be automatically signed into DIGIDECK. From there, you should be able to use that new password that you just set up for any future use.
