To add a video file to your deck, presentation or slides you will need to upload the file to your Videos library.
Access your decks Videos library by clicking on the 'Videos' tab that can be seen while on the Presentations library page.
Once in the Videos library click on the Upload Video button in the top left corner.
Within the popup Upload Videos modal, click onto the boxed in area to select a Video File from your computer, or drag-and-drop the video file from your computer into the boxed in area.
Note: multiple video files can be uploaded at the same time; either select multiple videos files, or drag-and-drop multiple video files
We currently only support uploads of .mp4 and .mov filetypes
After selecting/adding videos they will b added to the Upload Videos modal click the Upload Videos button to being uploading the videos files.
Note: Add text to the Tags text input area to make it easier to search and find your video in the future
If your video file contains a closed captioning data, check the
'This Video Contains Closed Captioning' checkbox to allow for closed
captions for that video file.
If the video file does not contain closed caption data and the checkbox
is clicked it will not add closed captions to the video
(the file must include the data).
Once upload begins the video will show that it is "Processing".
Once the video is done processing a video preview image will be displayed and it can be selected for use within any video area on your deck/presentation and slides.
