Note: The Floorplanner Component is only available to the newest component version that utilizes the styling panel, contact your CSM with questions about updating to the Component Styling Panel.
Step 1: Add the Floorplanner Component
Begin by accessing the Component Store (within Layout mode), search for “Floorplanner”, and add it to your slide.
Step 2: Size and Position
Click and drag the component container to change the position of the component on your slide layout.
Use the adjustment points located on the border of the component container to adjust the size.
Step 3: Authenticate with Floorplanner
Switch to Edit mode to Authenticate with the Floorplanner platform.
Note: You must have an account with the Floorplanner platform (https://floorplanner.com/) to Authenticate; your DIGIDECK user account email must match the email used in your Floorplanner platform account.
Step 4: Select Project
One you have successfully Authenticated, you will be able to select a Project.
Note: You will only be able to select Projects that you have created, or been added to as a Collaborator; Projects must also have the Access enabled within the Share settings (in the Floorplanner platform).

Switching Projects
After selecting a project you can switch projects by clicking on the 'Change Project' button that will be displayed within the bottom right corner of the Floorplanner Component (while in Edit mode).
Editing a Project
You can edit a Floorplanner project using the Floorplanner Component (within the DIGIDECK platform), to do so click on the 'Edit Project' button that will be displayed within the bottom right corner of the Floorplanner Component (while in Edit mode).
Notes:
Projects that you edit within the Floorplanner Component will also be edited/updated within the Flooplanner platform.
Edits you make within a Project using the Floorplanner Component will automatically save (like within the Floorplanner platform).
After editing a project, the preview within the Floorplanner component will NOT show the update you made until you reload the window/tab you have open to the DIGIDECK Platform.
It is not possible to create a new project using the Floorplanner component, new projects must be created within the Floorplanner platform.
No Published Projects Found in Floorplanner Account
If you have not created any Projects, or been added as a Collaborator you will not be able to select any Projects within the Floorplanner Component.
Access and Collaborate (within Floorplanner platform)
Within the Floorplanner platform you can enable Access and Collaborate by selecting a project you have permissions to access and by clicking on the 'Share' option.
You may need to scroll up/down to see the Access settings area and/or Collaborate settings area.
To enable Access click the toggle/switch so that the circle appears on the right hand side of the toggle/switch.
To add a Collaborator enter the email of the desired collaborator's email within the Collaborate text input area then click the Collaborate button below (the Collaborate button is NOT displayed within the image example below).
