Aprimo + DIGIDECK: Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Register an OAuth Application in Aprimo

An Aprimo administrator must create an OAuth client before DIGIDECK can connect.

  1. Log into Aprimo as an administrator

  2. Navigate to Registrations (Home > Administration > Registrations)

  3. Click “New”

  4. Configure the following:

    • Client: “DIGIDECK”

    • Description: ““

    • Client Secret: A secret value defined by the Aprimo administrator during OAuth application setup (store this securely and share only as needed)

    • OAuth Flow Type: Authorization Code with PKCE

    • Redirect URL: (must match exactly)

    • Enable Refresh Token: Ensure this checkbox is selected.

  5. Save the application (Client ID will auto generate on creation)

  6. Copy and store:

    • Client ID

    • Client Secret (this will not be visible again after creation. if you’re unsure, contact your Aprimo administrator)


Step 2: Configure Aprimo in DIGIDECK

Set up the Aprimo integration within DIGIDECK for a specific deck.

  1. Go to:
    Organizations → Integrations tab

  2. Locate the Aprimo Integration

  3. Find the deck you want to configure

  4. Click the ellipsis (⋯)

  5. Enter the required fields:

    • Company Name

    • Client ID

      • Found in Aprimo under Registrations (Detailed in step 1)

    • Client Secret

      • Must be obtained from your Aprimo administrator if not saved earlier

  6. Save the configuration


Step 3: Enable Aprimo in the Editor UI

You can enable Aprimo directly from the Integrations configuration.

  1. Go to: Organizations → Integrations

  2. Locate the Aprimo Integration

  3. In the decks list, find the deck you want to enable

  4. Use the toggle switch next to the ellipsis (⋯) to enable Aprimo for that deck


Step 4: Connect Your Aprimo Account (End User Authentication)

Each user must authenticate their Aprimo account.

  1. In Layout Mode click Aprimo in the Assets panel

  2. Click “Connect DIGIDECK to Aprimo”

  3. Complete the Aprimo login flow

  4. Once authenticated, the Aprimo asset gallery will load


Step 5: Final Checklist

Aprimo Setup

  • OAuth application created

  • Flow set to Authorization Code with PKCE

  • Redirect URL configured

  • Refresh Token enabled

  • Client ID and Client Secret saved

DIGIDECK Setup

  • Company Name added

  • Client ID added

  • Client Secret added

  • Configuration saved under:
    Organizations → Integrations → Aprimo → Deck Configuration
