Adding the DIGIDECK Connector to Claude

Written by DIGIDECK Support

A quick guide to connecting your DIGIDECK account to Claude. A connector links Claude to DIGIDECK over the web—once it's added and you've signed in, your DIGIDECK tools (presentations, master decks, and documentation) become available to Claude right inside your conversations.

Before you start

  • A Claude account with permission to add connectors (Settings › Connectors)

  • Your DIGIDECK account, which you'll sign in with during setup

  • The connection details below (we'll share your Client Secret separately—see the note)

Connection details

  • Name: DIGIDECK

  • Remote MCP server URL: https://ai.platform.sportsdigita.com/mcp

  • Client ID (Advanced settings): 69f8b9fb98c847cb3963c4bf

  • Client Secret (Advanced settings): Shared securely via 1Password—see below

  • How you connect: Individual sign-in (you'll use your own DIGIDECK account)

🔒 Your Client Secret is shared through 1Password. We'll send you a secure link containing the secret—open it, copy the value, and paste it into the Client Secret field during setup. Please don't forward the secret over email or chat. If you need it re-shared, just ask.

Step-by-step setup

  1. In Claude, open Settings and go to the Connectors section.

  2. Click Add custom connector (or Browse connectors → add custom).

  3. In the Name field, enter DIGIDECK.

  4. In the URL field, enter: https://ai.platform.sportsdigita.com/mcp

  5. Expand Advanced settings.

  6. Enter the Client ID: 69f8b9fb98c847cb3963c4bf

  7. Enter the Client Secret (copied from the 1Password link we sent you).

  8. Under How your team connects, select Individual sign-in.

  9. Save the connector. Claude will redirect you to a DIGIDECK sign-in screen.

  10. Sign in with your DIGIDECK account and approve access. Once authorized, the connector shows as connected.

Verify the connection

  1. Start a new conversation in Claude.

  2. Confirm the DIGIDECK connector appears in the available tools/connectors list.

  3. Try a simple prompt—for example, ask Claude to list your DIGIDECK master decks. If it returns your data, you're all set.

Troubleshooting

  • Authorization fails or loops: Confirm the Client ID and Client Secret were entered exactly, with no leading or trailing spaces.

  • No tools appear: Re-check the URL (https://ai.platform.sportsdigita.com/mcp) and reconnect.

  • "Access denied" after sign-in: Confirm your DIGIDECK account has the necessary permissions.

  • Worked before and stopped: Disconnect and reconnect to refresh the authentication.
