Not able to see when someone is screen sharing within a Digideck Live:

If the viewer is able to load the presentation meeting and is able to see the other viewers webcam within the meeting, but are not able to see when a user switches to Screen Share, have them try the following to troubleshoot:

  • Reload the page/link used for the meeting.

  • Close all tabs, windows, and applications that are not currently being used and reload the Meeting Link.
(Note: If the viewers computer/device is trying to do too many things, loading the Digideck Live Meeting may be too much for their computer to handle/load. This will also be the case for viewers with slow internet and older computers/devices.)

  • Log Out of your computer, and Restart Your Computer/Device, then try and reopen the Meeting Link.

  • Clear Cache and Cookies and Site Preferences then reload/reopen the Meeting Link.
