To create a PDF version of your presentation find the presentation you want to make a PDF within your Presentations library.
Click on the ellipsis (...) options popup to the right of the presentation's name, and select the PDF option.
If a PDF hasn't been created for the presentation yet, you will need to generate a new one. Click the + Generate New PDF button to start the creation process.
The generation process will take longer the more slides your presentation has.
Notes: During the generation of your PDF feel free to close out of the popup. You can continue working while the generation process happens behind the scenes.
If your PDF has been generating longer than an hour please reach out to support (email@example.com), let us know the presentations name and issue so that we can diagnose the problem.
Once the PDF has finished generating you will be able to see a teal-blue PDF icon to the right of the presentation's name. Click on the PDF icon to open the PDF options popup.
Within the PDF options popup click the Download PDF button to download the PDF version of your presentation.
When updates are made to a presentation that already has a PDF generated the PDF file will not auto update. You will be able to see a PDF is out-of-date if the PDF icon is yellow in color. To update the PDF file click on the yellow PDF icon to the right of the presentations name to open the PDF options popup.
Within the PDF options popup you will be able to see a "PDF Out of Date" message highlighted in yellow. Click the Generate New PDF button to update the PDF.
This will cause the PDF to go through the generation process again before the Download PDF button becomes available again.
