There is a different download for Windows and MAC users so make sure to download the version that matches up to your operating system.

The screenshot example below shows the MAC download tab, if you are on Windows you will need to click the Windows Download tab before clicking the download link that is listed.

For MAC:

If you are on Mac you may need to change your App download settings before being able to download.

This can be done by going to the Security & Privacy settings within your System Preferences.

Within the General tab, click the Lock icon in the bottom left corner (enter your computer password to unlock (if you are on a company computer you may need an IT Administrator approval to make changes)).

Select the App Store and Identified Developers option (keep the Security & Privacy popup open), then click the download offline app link and approve the download that will popup within the Security & Privacy settings area.
