Frequently asked questions about BombBomb integration.

Q: What does it cost?

A: There Is no cost to use the BombBomb Integration within DIGIDECK. However, you do need a BombBomb account to use the feature. BombBomb has a few account options; Essentials, Plus, and Enterprise. Account setup can be done on the BombBomb site. For further details on BombBomb account options, click here.

Q: Do I have to have a paid BombBomb account to use it with DIGIDECK?


A: Yes. However, BombBomb offers a free 14-day trial. BombBomb's website provides more details on the difference between a free and paid account. All BombBomb accounts work within our platform.

Q: How many users can I have?


A: The BombBomb integration with DIGIDECK is available to all DIGIDECK users who have a BombBomb account. There is no limit on the amount of DIGIDECK users at a customer account who have access to BombBomb.

Q: I don't have BombBomb but want to get up and running with it, what do I need to know?


A: A great first step is to set up a free 14-day trial account with BombBomb to try it out. As a next step, visit the BombBomb pricing page for further details on BombBomb account options. Once you have your account and know more about BombBomb, access BombBomb from within DIGIDECK and work on your first videos.

Q: Can I have multiple BombBomb accounts that I switch in and out of within DIGIDECK?


A: Yes you can. However, you can only be logged into one account at a time. You will need to log out of the account you are currently signed in with before you are able to log in with another account. You can log out of BombBomb within DIGIDECK.

Q: Does BombBomb for Teams work with DIGIDECK?


A: Yes. If you're logged into an account that uses BombBomb for Teams, all the shared resources from your BombBomb Teams account will be accessible when creating designs DIGIDECK.

Q: Is there preferred pricing for DIGIDECK users?


A: At this point there is no preferred pricing for DIGIDECK users.

Q: What kind of security is in place with this integration?


A: The use of a BombBomb username and password is required to use BombBomb from within DIGIDECK.

Q: Do the videos I save in BombBomb get saved to the Images Library?


A: Yes, and No. Videos created within BombBomb's site will need to be inserted by clicking on the Record With BombBomb button within the videos library or videos library popup. Within the BombBomb popup click on the Videos tab option on the left side, select the BombBomb site recorded video then click the insert button.

Q: Do the videos I make and insert with BombBomb get shared with my teammates (like in the image library)?


A: Yes, your team will be able to see the videos you create and insert with BombBomb in DIGIDECK as they will reside in the shared videos library.

Q: How do I activate BombBomb in DIGIDECK?


A: Once your DIGIDECK Organization Administrator 'Turn on" the BombBomb within your Organizations Integrations tab, the BombBomb button will be live within your instance of DIGIDECK. When you click the Record With BombBomb button within the videos library, it will prompt you for a login and password. Once logged in, you are ready to create and add to your DIGIDECK!

Q: Do we have access to the full (Pro) features through DIGIDECK?


A: Some advanced BombBomb account and site features will not be accessible through the BombBomb popup within DIGIDECK. We suggest using the BombBomb site if you are not able to access the desired feature using the BombBomb popup within DIGIDECK.

Q: Can you edit an image you previously created via BombBomb in DIGIDECK?


A: No. Once a user creates a video via BombBomb in DIGIDECK there will be a BombBomb icon on the saved video. This notes that the video was made with BombBomb and can be edited on BombBomb's site.

Q: Does each DIGIDECK user need a BombBomb account login, or is only one BombBomb account linked to the whole organization within DIGIDECK?


A: Each DIGIDECK user would require their own BombBomb account login.

Q: Do images I create on BombBomb's website automatically save in my DIGIDECK library (and vice versa)?


A: Videos created within BombBomb's site will need to be inserted by clicking on the Record With BombBomb button within the videos library or videos library popup. Within the BombBomb popup click on the Videos tab option on the left side, select the BombBomb site recorded video then click the insert button. Videos created via BombBomb with DIGIDECK will be added to your BombBomb account on the BombBomb website.

Q: Does every DIGIDECK user have access to BombBomb (or is this only for admins)?

A: As long as the BombBomb button is activated by an Organization Admin in the Organizations Integrations tab, all users have access to use BombBomb if they have a login.
