Layout Manager includes the ability to set a Layout for Components for Desktop and Mobile screen sizes.

How to set Layout for Mobile

In Layout Mode, Click the Mobile Screen Size Option in the Top Tool Bar

Select the Component to Reposition and Save

The Mobile Layout is set. This can and should be done for every component to ensure a Responsive experience for mobile viewers.

Utilizing Position Type

When a Component is selected in Layout Mode, there is a Position type associated with it. Grid is the Default type and works when setting up mobile layouts.

The Power user option for Mobile is to use the Position Type, Stack. This will change the Component's positioning to Relative and allow for the typical vertical scrolling that is web, Standard.

Component Hiding

You can Hide components in Desktop or Mobile by using the Hide Component (eye) icon.

The Hide Component setting can have a separate setting for both Desktop and Mobile, so as long as you
This is typically used to hide a component in Mobile while leaving the same component Visible in Desktop.

An example of this might be if you had a two column slide that had a vertical Line component that split the text columns.

In the Mobile layout the vertical Line component may not make much sense as you may have decided to Stack the text areas.

You can use the Hide Component (eye) icon within the Layers side panel or within the options listed in top border of the Layout window (while styling the Mobile layout.

This will hide the vertical Line component only for the Mobile view of the slide.

Note: the eye icon shown on a component within the Layers side panel will become a crossed-eye icon when the component is hidden
