NOTES: You may be unable to make the updates you desire depending on the type of Loader your deck is using. Contact your Customer Success Manager if this is the case.
Follow this guide to either enable or disable the intro video and loader page.
Step 1:
Navigate to your home page on your presentation and then select the "Intro Configuration" icon on the left side.
Step 2:
Use the toggles to turn off or on the Loader or the Intro Video. You can also use the "settings" icon to adjust what is being shown for each.
Step 3:
Make sure you click "Update Plugin" and "Save Changes" once you are fully done updating the Intro Configuration.
