Step 1: Navigate to your presentation within your Deck and then click on the three dots or ellipses on the right-hand side.
Step 2: Click on the share option and this will be where your share link is. If you do not currently have a link, you can click "Generate New Share Link" here.
Step 3: After the link has been generated, click the three dots again within this menu and then "Edit". This will bring up some preferences based on this link.
Title
You can adjust the Title, which is the name of the presentation you are sharing.
Email Notifications
Another feature within this box is the "Enable Notifications" slider. When this is enabled, the owner of the presentation will be notified when the presentation has been opened. You can also add or remove other email addresses to this below if you want multiple people to receive these notifications.
Email Subject Line
Adjusting this line updates the email notification you get sent to the inbox of the listed emails above. You can customize this to your liking.
Make sure you save your changes before closing out of this menu!
