Definition
A Presentation Flow is a way to customize how a presentation is created in DIGIDECK. It has two main parts: Forms and Rulesets.
1. Form
A Form is like a questionnaire that asks users for specific information
The questions in the form can be customized to fit any need
Answers from the form are used to create a personalized presentation
2. Ruleset
A Ruleset is a set of instructions that tell the system what to do with the answers from the form
It can perform actions like adding or removing slides, changing the style, setting the introduction video, and more
How Do Presentation Flows Work?
Forms gather information: Users fill out a form with details about their presentation needs
Rulesets process the information: The system uses rulesets to automatically build a presentation based on the form's answers
Key Components:
Template Variables: These are placeholders in the Master Deck (the main template) that get filled in with information from the form
Customization: Every ruleset must be linked to a form, ensuring that the presentation is tailored to the user’s input.
TIP:
You can have multiple Presentation Flows enabled for each Master Deck. If you activate more than one, users will have a choice of which flow they would like to follow.
