How to Use AI Assist
When focused on a text area, highlight any text that is wanted to be imported automatically and then click the AI Assist button.
AI Assist will import any selected text while also allowing manually typed text to be modified, summarized or used to generate new content for your presentation and slide.
Continue to refine and modify after your first text generation and insert text directly into the selected slide text area.
Features of AI Assist
Modify
This will assist you with changing the tone of the content entered. For example if you have general content but would like to ensure it is using a more professional tone. Enter content and click professional and AI Assist will generate a message in a professional tone.
Summarize
AI Assist has a unique feature that will help summarize a lot of text, notes or transcripts to help give a digestible summary that can be used on a slide or for internal notes.
Example below shows a paste from a website describing improving writing technique.
Generate
Generate is a more advanced option that allows you to use AI Assist in a more custom way. Ask questions or create unique prompts to have AI Assist generate custom content.
Example: Please write me two paragraphs describing the best way to set expectations of a product deadline.
