Our designers are here to assist with your creative needs, including adding or updating slide content, design refresh or enhancements, new slide templates, updating master styles, hotspots, interactive maps, infographics, player cutouts and more.
Step 1: Click "Start a Creative Request"
Click the "Start a Creative Request" button above. A new email window should open. If a new email window does not open as expected, you can go to your email application and compose a new email to customersuccess@sportsdigita.com
Step 2: Detail your Request
Feel free to update the subject line to include additional details, such as "Creative Request: Loader updates", or "Creative Request: Newsletter template"
Provide the details of your request in the body of the email, including the following type of information:
What is being changed or updated?
Slide(s) in the Master Deck
Slide Template
Root Slide
Intro Video
Loader
Master Style (fonts, colors, logo)
Provide the details of your requested changes
Include the link to your master deck
Detail the slides, by providing links, or by listing slide names, that you want updated, if applicable
Attach images, videos, or brand guidelines, as applicable
If your files are too large to attach to an email, mention in your email that you have large files to send, and we will provide a Dropbox link for you to upload your files.
Alternatively, you can send us a Dropbox link containing your files.
Step 3: Send your Request
Once you have provided the details of your request in the body of your email, as well as adding any applicable attachments, send your email.
Step 4: Review and Approval
A case will be created to track your request. Our team will review the details of your request to determine the level of effort.
If you have available creative hours to use, we will respond with the expected number of hours and ask for your approval to proceed.
If you do not have available creative hours, we can respond with the level of effort and provide a services quote to complete the work.
By following these steps, you ensure your creative request is clear and actionable, allowing us to assist you more promptly and accurately.
