Show or Hide Slide from Viewer

This feature allows you to control whether a slide is visible to viewers with a presentation link or a share link.

A good use for this feature is when a slide is still being customized toggle the slide to be hidden from anyone with the presentation link.

Note, if the slide is hidden in the master deck that setting will apply to any new presentations.

How to Use

  1. To use, find the toggle button on the right-hand toolbar, an example is shown below.

  2. Toggle to show or hide the slide. A status badge will display when the slide is hidden.

If you're looking to restrict internal users from editing or accessing slides when creating presentations please view this article on Slide Restrictions.
