Headline Rotator Component

We’ve just released our latest animating component: the Headline Rotator! Much like our Image Rotator, this new component allows designers to rotate through multiple text headlines within the same space — making it easy to showcase key messages, taglines, or data points in a more engaging and dynamic way.
This is part of a broader initiative to expand our library of animating components. By giving users more ways to bring motion and storytelling into their slides, we’re helping them create presentations that feel more alive, interactive, and impactful.
Expect more like this as we continue to blur the line between static design and rich, responsive experiences!
Scrolling Text Component
Note: The Scrolling Text component is only available to the newest component version that utilizes the styling panel, contact your CSM with questions about updating to the Component Styling Panel.
This new addition gives designers a flexible way to animate text across a slide—horizontally or vertically—similar to a stock ticker. Designers can control the direction, speed, and content of the scrolling text, opening up new possibilities for creating motion and emphasis within slides.
It’s another step toward making animations more accessible and customizable across the platform.
Slide Transitions
Note: The Slide Transitions is only available to the newest component version that utilizes the styling panel, contact your CSM with questions about updating to the Component Styling Panel.
We’re excited to share that Slide Transitions are now live!
This new feature gives designers more control over how slides behave during navigation. Instead of hard cuts, users can now choose between Fade, Slide In/Out, or None for their slide transitions — adding a level of polish that elevates the overall experience.
When selecting the Slide In/Out option, designers can now specify the direction: horizontal or vertical. The vertical option was introduced specifically to help create a website-like feel, giving presentations smoother flow and a more modern, interactive vibe.
This addition pairs perfectly with our Out Animations release and further empowers users to craft more immersive, customized storytelling.
Exit (Out) Animations
Note: The Exit Animations is only available to the newest component version that utilizes the styling panel, contact your CSM with questions about updating to the Component Styling Panel.
We’ve just launched a major roadmap feature: Exit Animations!
Until now, animation settings only applied when components entered the screen. With this new update, users can now animate components as they are hidden or when a slide transitions out, giving presentations a more polished and dynamic feel.
Users can choose to either reverse the In Animation for a smooth and consistent effect or define a completely custom Exit Animation to create unique transitions.
Even better — this works seamlessly with our visibility infrastructure, so when components are shown or hidden via visibility settings, the appropriate animations will trigger automatically.
Update to Flip Panel Component (Click to Flip)
Note: The Flip Panel component Click to Flip setting is only available to the newest component version that utilizes the styling panel, contact your CSM with questions about updating to the Component Styling Panel.
When leveraging the Flip Panel Component, users can now choose "Click to Flip" instead of the default hover interaction.
This was a request from clients and is a subtle but important update — especially for improving accessibility and giving designers more control over interactivity.
Updates to Image-Based Components
Image Repositioning:
Note: The updated Image Repositioning option is only available to the newest component version that utilizes the styling panel, contact your CSM with questions about updating to the Component Styling Panel.
Previously, users could drag an image to reposition it, but this led to accidental moves when clicking on an image.
Now, users must click a button to enable repositioning before adjusting the image.
(New) Image Linking:
Note: The Image component Image Link setting is only available to the newest component version that utilizes the styling panel, contact your CSM with questions about updating to the Component Styling Panel.
Users can now make an image a clickable link, directing viewers to either another slide/chapter or an external web page.
