To oversimplify, you can view a Ruleset as a collection of If-Then statements that drive the custom build of each unique presentation based on answers provided in a Form. Each Rule within a Ruleset can be configured for different uses and in turn, drive different Events to occur.

From the Presentations tab click on the 'Tools' tab and select the 'Rulesets' option

Click the 'Create Ruleset' button

Assign a Name for this Ruleset
Note: this will only be viewable by admin users

Additionally, select the Context for this Ruleset, which simply means assigning the Form you’ll be connecting with the Ruleset in order to pre-populate questions/answers from that Form.

Note: best practice would be to create the Form first and have the name of this Ruleset match the name of the Form you’ll be pairing it with

Click the 'Create Ruleset' button to confirm

Click 'Add Rule' to begin configuring any of your If-Then Rules

Select the “Event” that’s most suitable for your intended outcome
