DIGIDECK's Template Store allows admins to import templates into their library to be able to be used across the platform.
Using the Template Store as an Admin
Step 1: Navigate to the Master Deck for your organization. From here, click the "Deck" drop-down on the top left menu then select "Template Library".
Step 2: This menu shows all the active and current templates available in your organization's library.
To add a new template from the store, click on the "Import Template Options" (download) icon and select the "Template Store" option from dropdown menu.
Step 3: Navigate through the many options to find a template that you want to import. The preview images show what it might look like once styled.
NOTE: These templates use generic styling, colors, and images when previewing, but when imported into your deck, they will inherit your organization's, Master Styles.
You can also hover over a template and click "Examples" to get a better understanding of what the imported template will look like.
Step 4: Once you've selected the perfect template(s), click "Import Templates". You can also select one or multiple templates and import them at the same time as shown below.
Next, you'll be redirected back to your list of current templates. When you scroll to the bottom, you will be able to see your latest imported templates.
FAQ
What if I do not see the Template Store option when creating a new slide for my presentation?
Available templates are determined by your deck admin(s), who can either add them to your Saved Template Library or allow individual users to browse and select templates based on their needs.
โWhat if I do not see the Template Store button in my Template Library?
The Template Store is not available for customers using the Legacy platform for their Master Decks and Presentations. If you do not see the Template Library option or do not see the Template Store button when opening your Template Library, please reach out to your customer success manager to discuss options for enabling this functionality.
